Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Exercising the right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to support@befame.io.

To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the notification before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notification.

The refund is issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. No fees are charged for this.

Early expiry for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performing the contract after you expressly agreed that we may start before the withdrawal period ends and you confirmed your awareness that this consent means losing your right of withdrawal.

This consent is requested explicitly during checkout.
